Driving on the Icefield Parkway on a rainy morning. I was a little used to the dramatic changes of weather in the Canadian Rockies. The rain comes and goes the entire way. I was hoping to have some good lights breaking throught the thick clouds shoing some glory of these giant peaks. Here is a moment of that taste of lights on that rainy morning! Hope you enjoy that like I did
Night view of the lovely town of Banff. Taken back in August when all the smoke from the forest fire are still surrounding half of British Columbia. I was trying to find a higher spot hoping there will be less hazy. Altough the smoke are covering part of the town, but I was quite happy to see half of the night sky are clear! Hope you enjoy!
Opabin Lake Good Night
Twilight at Athabasca Falls in Jasper National Park, Alberta. Got there an hour or so after sunset hoping to shoot some night shot at the falls. But the weather didn’t cooperate as it started to rain short after I took this last few shots from this evening. And I’m glad I did make it out for these few clicks after a long drive to this location. Thanks for your visit and I hope you enjoy it!

For some reason, these giant peaks looking like they are sitting around a smalll little table in the valley having an important meeting. Don’t they? Cloudy morning in the Canadian Rockies. Looking in to the valley surrounded by all these giantic peaks covered by some heavy dense clouds. Sunlights finding their way through the little cracks in the clouds on the horizon. Lighten up some of the peaks showing their beauty. Thank you and have a great day!

A Peaceful morning at Waterton Lakes National Park in Alberta, Canada. The sky starting to get brighter as the stars fading away. A layer of fog covering half of the mountain and coming in and out through out this morning. I was lucky enough to capture some great time lapse with the fog movement.

A gorgeous morning at Moranie Lake with some golden lights on tot he Ten Peaks. The water level on this morning was higher than usual making some of the wood floating back in the lake. Before the Storm
Taken back in September on a rainy morning after a snowy night. It was quite a slippery hike as the temperature go up and down between melting point the last few days. Making the whole way with with wet ice. But how can you resist not to when there’s such a view waiting for you.
Alpenglow on Mount Athabasca and Mount Andromeda along the Icefield Parkway from few days ago. Smokey Sky in Jasper National Park right before mooset. The moon was tinted in orange with the smoke in the atmosphere. I was on my way back to Canmore andstill have a long way to go after all day of traveling back and forth. Even though I was really looking forward to my bed in Canmore. I just can’t help myself stopping for the beautiful moonset and its reflection for a few shots
