One of those moment when the sun is setting with great lights and color starting to appear. I was driving on the Icefields Parkway looking for a location to stop for sunset and this is what I end up with. What do you think?

Bow Lake Milky Way

It’s been a while since I last post. It’s been crazy the last few months and didn’t get a chance to get out much. Not to mention doing my solo road trip. And it’s also been a very long time haven’t see the beautiful dark night sky as the milky way season have start few months ago. This shot was taken a few night ago. Luckily got a few day room to head to the Rockies again. Although it was only a few nights spent in the park. But did got some great night conditions. Anyone who have been to Bow Lake will certainly recognize the iconic look of this place. And this particular night reminded me of my first ever solo trip to this place back in 2013 trying to capture the dark night sky. And the image that was in my head is finally giving me the right condition on this night! I was so glad I did drove up to Bow Lake that night!!

Callaghan Valley

A black and white aerial short of Callaghan Valley in Whistler, British Columbia. The film grain, scratches, and few of the transitions were added to create a peaceful feeling of an afterlife. What kind of feeling do you have when watching it?
