Green light tint on the clouds and glaciers in the mountain are from the aurora behind me, And the light on the Park sign is from the headlight from a passed by car. And a little red lights on the trees at the bottom corner is from tge brake lights. Too bad the milky way was hidden behind the clouds…
The Night Start Dancing
An unforgettable night chasing the dark sky on Icefields Parkway last month. First time seeing aurora in white color!!
Have a great weekend!
Pink Pano
It was the last night of a 2 weeks road trip chasing some dark night last month. And I was waiting the night to come having my camera setup at the right spot for the milky way to show. As the night comes, the sky was turning from twilight blue into a darker purple tone. So I turn around and take a quick shot opposite to the milky way, then noticed there was an amazing light show happening right behind me. The next thing I did is took 8 vertical shots for this panorama shot.
Hope you enjoy it and have a great night!
Mount Wilson
Lovely sunset at the Saskatchewan River Crossing in Banff National Park
Fog and Patches
A foggy day can be very disappointing. But at the same time, it could be very rewarding. How do you like a foggy day with the mountains?
Storm Ahead
A rainy day driving on the Icefields Parkway.
Frozen River
Moon light behind lighten up mountains from the distance. Clouds were moving fast as the wind blow on the frozen river
Snow Bow
A winter day at Bow Lake.
Snow Dome Flow
A smoky sunset in late August, 2017 taken near Athabasca Glacier in Jasper National Park. Sun was about set behind Snow Dome with the river flowing strong in front. F-Stopped way down to be able to capture a half second shot for the water flow
Last Chance
One of those moment when the sun is setting with great lights and color starting to appear. I was driving on the Icefields Parkway looking for a location to stop for sunset and this is what I end up with. What do you think?
