Ooops..! Almost forgot….. my trips will always come back with some time lapse video. And this little shorts is combined with video from different trips over the last few years to the Canadian Rockies under my tight budget. 🙂
The amount of time I stayed is only about 5 weeks in total. But I did visited in different season and capture a little taste of most season.
This morning at Cypress lookout point. I managed to get up early this morning and arrived around 7:00am, an hour before sunrise. I was thinking of relocate because the fog was covering the viewpoint. But it soon clearing up and reveal one part of the city after another. It was a great show!!
Vancouver is well known with her raining season which already started month ago. Resulting a lot less photo opportunity to get out there and shoot. And often it is the time to go through some old hard drive to clean up some images you don’t like anymore, free up some space. But ended up always finding some of the image you never noticed the potential of it. Especially after all these time with the processing techniques you learned over the years. Here’s a shot taken back in May 2013 near Lee Vining (Mono Lake) in California on Highway 395. A wonderful morning sunrise with some gorgeous lights.
As the story goes, pretty obvious my hard drive was being filled with more newly processed, larger files instead of free up more space… Although I consider it is good thing to process some old images that you missed before. In term of the clean up mission. That’s totally failed…..
